Scout™ is a remote monitoring program for check scanners that enables you to keep track of all deployed hardware. Online reports track statistics on MICR and image data in addition to scanner quality.

Using your web browser you can access Scout's reports to check the health of scanning workstations anytime, from anywhere.

Scout gives you the power to fix problems before they occur. Automatic email alerts let you know when a scanner is in need of attention. This proactive hardware service gives you the power to predict when scanners need to be replaced or serviced. Scout reports can also reveal workstation operators that are in need of additional training or encouragement to follow the scanner's operator maintenance schedule.
